How to reset your password or username

Quick steps

Follow these quick steps to update your My ISED Account username or password.

1 If you've forgotten your password or username. Open one of the following sign-in methods for instruction:

GCKey

Forgot your password

  1. Go to the sign-in page for GCKey.
  2. Select "Forgot your password?" and enter your username.
  3. Create a new password after answering your pre-set recovery questions during registration.

Forgot your username

  1. Go to the sign-in page for GCKey.
  2. Select "Forgot your username?" and enter the email associated with your account.
  3. Your username will be sent to that email.

Forgot your username and password

If you added a recovery email to GCKey:

  1. Click "Forgot your username?" to receive it via email.
  2. Once received, click "Forgot your password?" to reset it.

If no recovery email

  1. Create a new GCKey username and password.
  2. Use them to register for the desired online service.

Sign-in Partner

If you forgot your password or username, you need to contact your Sign-In Partner for assistance.

If you moved to a new financial institution, you may be able to switch your Sign-In Partner.
