Update of Contact Information Process
The update of contact information for a broadcasting certificate process is carried out via email.
- Send an email to the Department at the following address:
- Include the following information
- Full name of the new contact
- Email address of the new contact
- Phone number of the new contact
- Location and call sign of each station involved
- Effective date* of the change
- Note: A minimum of two weeks advance notice is required for the request to be processed.
Once the changes have been completed by ISED, an email will be sent confirming the changes have been made.
