Up to $105.4 million is allocated to the regional development agencies to continue delivering the Black Entrepreneurship Program Ecosystem Fund across Canada.

Canada's regional development agencies (RDAs) are providing $1 billion over three years through the Regional Tariff Response Initiative (RTRI) to help small and medium-sized enterprises strengthen supply chains, boost productivity, and adapt to global trade disruptions.
